Since obtaining my Texas Real Estate License in 2007, I have represented buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords of residential real estate throughout the Inner Loop areas of Houston, and have personally participated in the real estate market as an investor and builder. My origins in Puerto Rico contribute to my fast paced, aggressive approach to business ventures, which have included sales, public relations and promotions. My clients enjoy my attention to detail, dynamic personality and determination in helping them to achieve their home buying or selling goals.
In 2011 I joined the David Young to enhance my ability to deliver quality customer service. The David Young Team has been ranked by the Houston Business Journal as a Top 5 Selling Team (dollar volume sales) since their inception in 2005, with annual sales averaging nearly $100 million. Consisting of 10 agents and 2 very experienced assistants, the team provides residential real estate services to clients throughout the central and western areas of the Greater Houston Area, from Downtown out to Katy and from Sugar Land up to The Woodlands.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, I help clients who come to Houston from throughout the Americas. If you are curious about my name, it is pronounced ca-ree'-leez. My husband and I live in Cottage Grove with our two children and we own two restaurants in the Washington Corridor.
