Kariliz did an awesome job with the deal, and she was able to eliminate as much stresss from the situation as possible. I should aslo mention that Kariliz was 8.5 months pregnant during the deal, and she leased my property just shortly after giving birth. Although I was nervous, she assured me she would be able to deliver. She most certainly did, leasing my property in less than a month on the market.

Again, I want to highly recommend Kariliz. In working with several agents, she is the only one that I trusted and would recommend. She really does care about her customers. She has the knowledge to get the job done, she is very organized and always on top of key items, dates, etc, and to me, which is most important, I can trust her in a business deal.
